Our Directors, Tim Davies and Mike Boden and our Installers are well known in our trade and local community and have an unrivalled reputation for their workmanship. Two of our Installers were finalists in the FIT Show Master Fitter Challenge 2013, ranked in the top three Installers of the UK! We also currently hold an Award for Excellence from the Wigan Good Traders Scheme (Wigan Trading Standards) for receiving consistently high feedback from our customers in 2013. No job is too big or too small for us, we don't charge for quotes nor do we use high pressure selling techniques.

Real Roof Conservatories employ five specialist and rigorously trained teams of Roof Installers. Regularly inspected and receiving on-going training they specialise in their particular field. They are qualified, time served Joiners with extensive experience in Conservatory installations. Finalists of the FIT Show Master Fitter Challenge 2013 and the reason we received an Award for Excellence from Wigan Trading Standards in 2013 for consistently high feedback from our customers. We also have three apprentices who are receiving on-going training for every aspect of installation.
We have dedicated tradesmen for every aspect of your installation a Bricklayer, Electrician, Plumber and Plasterer, a dedicated and reliable Team that have been working with us for over twenty years. So there's no gaps in your install, our tradesmen are scheduled in advance for every stage so the whole experience runs smoothly, we can guarantee you'll receive a service you'll be happy to talk about!
In the first instance your complaint should be directed to the installer on site, if the installer cannot resolve the issue personally then the customer should telephone the office and detail their complaint to the office staff who will refer the complaint to an available Director.
The Director will then review your complaint and take the appropriate action.
The Directors will communicate this action to the customer.
